Our Fresh & Convenient Meals and Bulk Items are received fresh and fully-cooked, in microwave-safe containers.
We recommend reheating your meals in the microwave for 1-3 minutes (the exact times may vary depending on the strength of your microwave).
You could also reheat your meal in a frying pan or in the oven... But please be advised: Containers are NOT oven safe, so if you choose to reheat meals in the oven you MUST put the contents of your meal into an oven-safe container.
Meals come in a freezer-safe & stackable container to allow freezing of meals. Keep in mind that meals are made fresh, and will be picked up fresh, not frozen, unless otherwise requested.
Our production facility is located at 386 Cumberland Street North in Thunder Bay ON (Yellow building beside Tim Hortons), but please be advised that our production facility is not open to the public.
Pick-Up on Wednesday takes place from 4-6PM at our location at 386 Cumberland Street North next to the Tim Hortons, and takes less than 2 minutes! You don't even need to step out of your vehicle! Simply text 807-700-9939 once you arrive with the name on your order and the vehicle you're in, and one of our staff will come outside with your order.
If you place your order for pick-up on Thursday you'll be going to our new partner-business Afloat Health & Performance at 179 Algoma St South, anytime during their business hours (9AM to 5PM). YAY for a convenient new pick-up option and new local partnerships!
You can choose your pick-up preference at checkout.
Alternate pick-up arrangements can be made for Bulk or Custom Orders, but please Contact Us to discuss this further.
You can order anytime, as much as you'd like, without signing up.
Yes. We realize you may not always have access to a microwave or kitchen while working, so we have designed our Meals can be enjoyed both hot and cold... but we definitely highly recommend heating them up if you can!
It is recommended that you bring a cooler or ice packs to safely transport your meals.
Our facility and menu is not GF as we offer items such as pasta.
That said, our non-pasta meals are GF since we don't use ingredients such as flour to thicken our sauces (we do not use certified gluten-free ingredients or spices though).
We do have some customers with gluten allergies order from us, however, we can't guarantee that meals are GF and therefore leave it at the customers discretion if they wish to order from us.
You can choose to add cutlery to your order, but it does not automatically come with cutlery. You'll find cutlery, along with some other things, on our Add-On menu.
We don't require a minimum order and there is no need to sign-up! You can order 1, or 8, or 56, or 200 meals.. the choice is yours!
That said, we sometimes cap how many meals can be purchased each production so we can ensure our team can handle the demand. If you wish to place a large order, it's always best to contact us. We can accommodate bulk orders outside of our regular ordering schedule.
Meals will stay fresh for up to 5 days in the fridge, and up to 6 months in the freezer.
We do Bulk/Custom orders outside of our usual ordering schedule.
We ask that custom orders are a minimum of 30 meals with a minimum 15 meals per menu option. We prefer at least 2 days notice for custom orders.

We prefer at least 2 days notice for custom orders, but are still happy to discuss last-minute orders. If we can make it work, we will!
You can return clean & dry containers to us while picking up your next order, or at the time of delivery.
Please be advised: We do not reuse containers for meals. We store them for several months, then sanitize them using a commercial sanitization process, then donate them to local schools and other organizations.
Our website is always open for ordering.
We do not have specified business hours as we are not a storefront. Our production facility is not open to the public.
Everything we prepare is made-to-order. We do not stock meals, and we are not open for walk-in traffic. You can order online until 6PM Monday for Pick-Up on Wednesday or Thursday.
